Retro Biosciences is a fast-growing biopharma startup using high-throughput, high-dimensional approaches to develop therapies for diseases driven by the biology of aging. We are looking to expand our exceptional team at our Redwood City location. We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Operations Generalist who craves a challenge and feels energized to roll up their sleeves. You will work closely with the VP of Operations in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Youxe2x80x99ll be part and parcel with the Retro ops team and work on various initiatives, special projects, meeting prep and follow up. Youxe2x80x99ll be juggling multiple balls at once sometimes, but affirmatively within the constraints of a healthy, happy working environment. What youxe2x80x99ll do in this role:

• Work closely with the Operations team on special projects and initiatives
• Facilitate meetings by preparing presentations, managing agendas, capturing action items, and documenting outcomes
• Manage external vendors and contracts
• Partner on logistical planning and execution of events
• Occasional calendaring, schedule management, travel coordination and expense reconciliation for VP of Operations
• Connect with members of the team at all levels, and be a person that they rely on and trust

• Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
• Experience working at a startup or a dynamic environment
• Expert-level proficiency in software tools such as Google Workspace, Expensify, Asana, and Slack
• You are able to balance multiple competing priorities and resolve problems, often under time pressure
• You embrace the process of adapting to new and changing situations, and can adjust as needed
• You are happy to jump in and help with any task that comes your way
