MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Capital/Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field. Human resources certifications are preferred.Three (3) years progressively responsible experience in Human Capital or related field to include experience with one of the following HC suites (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Learning and Organizational Development, Compensation, HRIS) with knowledge of human resources principles and practices; federal, and state rules and regulations. Talent Acquisition experience to include use of Social Media is preferred.Pass a physical (medical) examination that includes a drug screen in order to operate DART non-revenue vehicles. Proficiency with personal computer (PC) and software applications to include Windows, spreadsheet, word processing and database. Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems Preferred. Workday is most ideal.Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. Ability to be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in an environment where there is minimum exposure to dust, noise, or temperature. May be moderately exposed to unpleasant working conditions to include dust, noise, temperature, weather, petroleum products, and chemicals while visiting DART’s operating facilities, assuming incumbent is observing all policies and procedures, safety precautions and regulations, and using all protective clothing and devices provided.
