A bay area auto group is seeking a full-time, hard-working, and enthusiastic Accounting Specialist to join our team. Main Responsibilities:

· Process sales jackets

· Process service contracts/GAP remittance and cancellation

· Handle customer requests on DMV registration and ticket violation

· Prepare and send letter to customers

· Deferred payment collection

· Organize and file paperwork

· Process DMV / Lien Adjustment refund

· Dealer Reserve posting

· E payment deposit daily batch

· Other assignments when needed

Job Requirements:

· Hard-working with positive attitude

· Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills

· Must be Team player

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Work experience in Automobile industry is a PLUS
