The targeting analyst shall support the TSOC targets for the support of ROK SWC / SOCKOR mission set and integration with the USFK mission.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.
• Manage, update, and coordinate the commands target lists in the Modernized Integrated Database and any follow-on systems.
• Provide briefings on capabilities and effect supporting Commander’s PIRs and EEIs.
• Conduct target system analysis using all-source intelligence disciplines, with primary focus on command priorities.
• Develop target nominations, create, and maintain database records, and associated target intelligence products.
• Provide fused intelligence targets at strategic, operational, and tactical level planning.
• Provide intelligence ISO SOCKOR strategic, operational, and tactical level planning.
• Coordinate with other command, IC, and DOD specialists for collaboration and information sharing, standardization, continuity of operations, and integration of capabilities.
• Assist in the development of geospatial models.
• Exploit and analyze multi-sensor imagery in conjunction with all source intelligence information
• Conduct precision point mensuration.
• Prepares damage assessment reports detailing structural damage and weapons effects.
• Identify information gaps and develop Requests for Information (RFIs) to satisfy 14 requirements.
• Live and work in an operational environment when required (e.g., semiannual exercises operating from CP Tango, FOS-I, USAG-Daegu).
• The work of this position is sedentary; however, light physical effort is required.
• The work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climate-controlled office.
• This position shall be designated a Mission Essential Contractor (MEC).

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluently speak, read, and write English
• Three years of experience with targeting intelligence support.
• Five years of experience with operational and technical military planning, development coordination, and execution of Joint, Coalition, and Service participation in COCOM operations, exercises, demonstrations, experiments, and real-world operations.
• BA or BS degree
• Proficient in FADE / MIST, JTT, Joint Weaponeering System, and Digital Precision Strike Suite Collateral Damage Estimation.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including briefing senior government leadership and publishing analytic products for senior and policymaker use.
• Working level knowledge of ArcGIS applications and capabilities.
• Valid Top Secret//SCI security clearance
• Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint products
• Able to collaborate in person and electronic with targeting staffs at lower and higher echelons on a routine basis.
• Ability to work in a high tempo, high stress environment with minimal oversight
• Valid Korean or International Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain a USFK Motor Vehicle Operators Permit and operate Government Non-Tactical Vehicles (GOVs) in accordance with USFK Regulation 190-1
