DataHaven Solutions is looking for a talented Front End Developer to assist with creating and updating front end applications for the Big Data Platform (BDP). We are looking for a candidate who knows JavaScript inside and out. We are more concerned with the depth of your experience than with your years of experience working with it. Will work in a fast paced, small business environment with our talented team. We would like to see 8 years experience working with JavaScript.
Security Clearance:
A current Secret U.S. Government security clearance is highly desired, but not required on day one. This is a great opportunity as you will be processed for a Secret level clearance, if you do not already have one. This position can hold TS and higher level clearances as well.

Place of Performance: Onsite – San Antonio, TX.
Duties:
- Assist with the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications
- JavaScript / CSS / HTML coding and code review
- Troubleshoot customer reported issues in applications and providing support
- Write unit tests and conduct quality assurance testing
Required Skills:
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field. Educational requirements may be adjusted for applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience.
- At least 8 years of experience with JavaScript and one or more web application frameworks (ie: Vue / React / Angular / Backbone) or similar demonstrated competency.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control software·
- Comfortable working on a *nix command line·
- Self-motivation; Ability to multi-task and prioritize open issues / tickets accordingly·
- Problem solving skills and ability to review information and compile data appropriately as needed.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in cloud based technologies (AWS, Azure)

Pay: $145,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
