Overview :

DataSoft Technologies is seeking fora Programmer/Developer for our clients in Hybrid Columbia,SC

Responsibilities

Specific Services Required:

This position will serve as an Business Analyst for one or more components. The duties and responsibilities include:

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define detailed mapping of data transformations between internal and external components.

Create and maintain documentation of data mapping rules and other metadata

Analyze business requirements to recommend best solutions considering needs, costs, and time

Participate in team meetings as needed

Assist production support team with troubleshooting and resolution of incidents

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

Working knowledge of most X12 transaction sets

At least 5 years of experience working with data translation systems

At least 3 years of experience working with health insurance systems

At least 2 years of experience working with systems integration, data exchange, and/or data transformations

At least 2 years of experience working on large IT projects

Familiarity of HIPAA and/or MARS-E regulations

Ability to effectively communicate, in both oral and written forms, with all levels of the Agency

PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

Medicaid IT process experience

File transfers and Application Program Interfaces (API)

Knowledge of SQL queries

Knowledge of XML and JSON

MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor Degree (preferred)
