Day in the life…
Review and screen a high volume of hourly candidates in the Applicant Tracking System and create a list to be phone screened.
Call a high volume of hourly candidates to conduct Phone Screen interviews (up to 50 a day) & schedule/ conduct 1st round phone interviews.
Determine staffing needs by reviewing Par Levels and communicating with Operations.
Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify hourly candidates such as resume boards, online social media (Facebook/Instagram), traditional networking and referrals.
Become SME on systems: E-verify, EMC, ServSafe, Kronos, RAS.
Develop strong relationships with local Outreach Programs, Colleges, Culinary Schools and Work Source Centers.
Attend Job Fairs in local area along with Restaurant Managers as needed.
Maintain diversity initiatives.
Support Hourly Internship programs.
Identifies opportunities within the overall recruiting process and provides solutions.
Provide training and ongoing support for Senior Managers.
Coordinate when applicable New Hire Orientation, Training & Food Classes.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS
A minimum of 3+ years recent experience in the service industry.
Holds yourself accountable for high personal and professional standards of conduct

Passion for people and FUN!
Prior restaurant or retail hourly recruiting.
Proven ability to source and network using current techniques and tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage the candidate and hiring manager relationship.
Effective verbal and written communication at all levels in the organization.
Have demonstrated a proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems and resume boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Google, etc.)
Proven ability to source and network using current techniques and tools including social media sites (Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, etc.).
Demonstrate the ability to challenge existing practices and suggest recommendations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Non-traditional office work environment. We have games in the lobby, a billiard table in the break room, and we get everyone together for “Parties on the Patio” where we relax and catch up over ice cold “refreshments”.
