We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Permanent Human Resource Business Partner Manager to join our fast-paced Engineering firm. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated HR professional to apply their expertise in a highly respected and forward-thinking organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping our talent management strategy, promoting a high-performance culture and driving employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, managing the process to ensure resolution.
4. Nurture a positive working environment, maintaining a keen eye for improving organizational culture.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
8. Identify and implement opportunities for improving HR policies and procedures.
9. Lead talent acquisition efforts, including the development of innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
10. Develop and oversee training and development programs to support employee growth and skill development.
Qualifications:
1. Proven working experience (3+ years) as a HR Business Partner Manager or similar role in the Engineering industry.
2. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and industry regulations.
4. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and performance management systems.
5. Excellent people management skills, including the ability to inspire, lead, and foster a positive work environment.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing effective solutions.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification would be an added advantage.
9. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
