Job Overview
Davies US is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process while applying best practices that align with the business’ needs and Talent Acquisition centralized recruitment efforts. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and work with management and the HR department to drive the recruitment process from open requisition to extending the offer package. You will need to have at least 3 years of recruitment experience and be familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment. Ideally, you need to be proactive, independent, take initiative and can communicate well – verbally & written – while displaying excellent interpersonal, time management, organization skills when working with candidates and key people at all levels with the organization. You must be open to learning and aligning with Davies Group’s Big IDEA to Inspire, Deliver, Empower and Aspire. We can help you achieve lasting success in an energetic and positive environment.

Working Hours & Environment
This role is a remote, salaried, full-time, exempt role working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. This position operates in a home-based office and routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, printers, and phones. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a sedentary role that requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, use of fingers to use office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand, as necessary.
