Textbook Publisher needs a full-time or part-time Jr. Staff Accountant. Please specify full or part time when applying.
Time will be spent handling Account Receivables, bank reconciliations, maintaining Sales and Use Taxes, inventory, General Ledger reconciliation, and month/year end schedules.
Additional time will be spent handling all aspects of accounting for a Building Realty company: billing tenants, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Month end processing.
Must be experienced with Microsoft Excel and be able to learn QuickBooks and our accounting software program (Elan/Naviga).
Training period will be in the office, but hybrid work is possible afterwards.

Summer hours – Memorial Day to Labor Day close at 3pm on Fridays (paid for a full day)
Usually closed the week between Christmas and New Year’s and it is paid time off.
