DCI Job Requirement for:

Linux Developer

Location: Aberdeen, MD

Job Description:

• Serves as a Linux Developer for US Army R&D Program
• Provides Linux Development functions within a TCP/IP architecture on:
• Unix, Linux networks/systems.

• Supports new designs/architectures as part of system modernization
• Researches data elements
• Analyzes file types
• Conducts IAVA/security patch management

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or similar
• 3+ years of experience programming in C/C++
• 3+ years of experience with embedded software design and debugging.
• 2+ years of experience with the following:
• Writing Linux Device Drivers.
• Linux Network programming and Networking Applications
• Linux application programming (including multithreaded)
• Embedded Linux development
• Multi-processor programming, task/thread scheduling, locks, mutexes, and semaphores
• Microcontroller, AVR, Reverse Engineering
• Real Time OS
• Files Systems: FAT16/32, NTFS, ext4, etc.
• Databases (SQL)
• Emulation (QEMU)

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI

Salary: $90,000 to $120,000
