This is an unique opportunity to have an immediate impact on creating the talent acquisition infrastructure and craft essential strategies to help DeepIntent scale to meet the growing needs of the business.
As our first Director of Talent Acquisition, you will help shape DeepIntents talent acquisition practice to attract diverse, high-performing, and world-class talent. This role reports to the VP, People Operations and partners closely with business leaders across the company.
This role is based in NYC, and while we are currently working remotely, we expect this person to work in our NYC office on a flexible schedule at a later time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and drive a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy that engages a diverse pipeline of stellar candidates for all positions
* Build collaborative partnerships with leaders and hiring managers across the company to proactively understand hiring needs
* Be recognized as a trusted advisor in all areas of recruitment, from identification to onboarding
* Leverage and optimize our recruitment platform (JazzHR) to further automate and streamline the recruiting and hiring process
* Develop training content to educate our hiring teams on best practices
* Develop, implement and analyze recruitment metrics to track effectiveness of our talent acquisition program
* Manage relationships with external recruiting partners to supplement our internal capabilities
* Lead our employer branding and social media strategy efforts, partnering with our Marketing Team to identify new opportunities to reach prospective talent
* Ensure a consistent focus on diversity and inclusion in all recruiting programs and processes and measure progress regularly

* You are eager to lead the talent acquisition strategy for the company with an eye toward building for the future
* You have a strong desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup
* You have an excellent sense of multi-tasking and are not afraid to take the initiative
What Youve Accomplished:
* Bachelors degree in human resources management, organizational development or related field is preferred
* 7+ years experience working in high-growth, fast-paced organizations, must have at least 3 years experience working in adtech or martech
* Implementing, optimizing and managing a best-in-class Talent practice at a rapidly scaling company
* Experience building a Diversity & Inclusion Program
* Designing and delivering Hiring Manager training programs
* Proven ability to influence and build trusted advisory relationships at all levels of the company
* Hands on experience identifying, engaging, and closing leadership talent
* Experience with utilizing a wide range of candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Vettery, BuiltIn NYC, Indeed, Fetcher, etc)
* Proficient with Google Drive, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite
