Dekalb County Broadcasters Hiring for Advertising Sales Representative at DeKalb, IL Full Time

Dekalb County Broadcasters (WLBK/WSQR) is looking for the right Advertising Sales Representative to add to our outside advertising sales team. We are seeking someone with at least 1 to 2 years of business-to-business sales experience. If you are highly motivated, love to win and have a thirst to learn, this could be your dream job!

This is a relationship selling position with a focus on developing new business. You will be talking face to face with business owners and managers and listening to their needs. You will help them understand how the different media products we offer can help their business grow. You will feel comfortable presenting your ideas for a successful marketing campaign to anyone from senior executives at large corporations to small business owners. You will provide excellent customer service and have a positive, can-do attitude that strengthens our relationships with customers. You will be a source of support and troubleshooting for our clients.

The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, good presentation abilities, organized, diligent in follow-up, great customer service skills, and computer literacy is a must.
