Delaware North is seeking a remote Human Resources Operations Partner to join our HR Operations team in support of our Global HR shared services strategy. The HR Operations Analyst will provide operational support to the HR team through technology and streamlined process while maintaining high quality and compliance across multiple properties. This person will partner closely with the HR community, in collaboration with key allied functional areas, to provide exceptional service that enhances the employee experience and fosters positive connections throughout the enterprise.

Responsibilities
Has a deep understanding of associate and manager needs for HR support and translates that understanding into effective service delivery
Is responsible for the integrity and completeness of associate data through workflow form approval and processing
Completes front-end payroll inputs and generates payroll files on specified payroll dates
Monitors and improves associate interaction and data transactions for quality, accuracy, and completeness
Sets the tone and service level for HR Operations, modeling the desired associate experience
Ensures service levels are met and/or exceeded and all operation metrics are trending in a positive direction
Demonstrates an understanding of employment compliance matters and methods to mitigate risk
Maintains integrity, privacy, and cleanliness of people data to enable accurate reporting and promote effective business insights
Ensures that service delivery supports and enables compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and site HR team to ensure quality, consistency, and coordination
Builds and maintains internal networks to aid in effective service delivery
Manages the employee lifecycle process from acceptance through end employment within the system
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or similar strongly preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position with emphasis on quality service delivery to an operating business.
2 plus years’ operations experience in hospitality or related industry.
Agile in thinking and approach; self-driven and resilient.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of HR tools and platforms.
Independent problem solving and analytical abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge and experience in the hospitality and or food service industry are strongly preferred.
