Product Line Manager – Telecommunications (Remote, US)

We are looking for a Product Line Leader (PLM) within the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Center of Competence (CoC) to drive the profitable growth of the ISG product portfolio.
The ISG Center of Competence (CoC) is the conduit between the Product Business Units and their routes to market. The CoC creates and drives the business plans required to achieve the annual operating plan (AOP) for Storage, Data Protection, CI, Networking, Server, Cloud and Solutions.
The Telecom PLM is responsible for effective Go-to-Market, profitability, and life cycle of a portfolio of Telecom products within Dell EMC. This role will harmonize ISG BU/Marketing/Operational/Support organizations to develop, deploy, and empower Regional CoC and Sales plans to achieve AoP success. The role owns the Global financial performance of their associated products sets and initiate/influence programs, priorities, or strategies required to achieve their respected goals.
Key responsibilities
Lead a team to design, coordinate, report, analyze global 4P operational plans strategically aligned to IOP/AOP & COC programs
Maintain comprehensive oversight of internal & external factors impacting global LOB performance
Serve as primary CoC interface into Edge and establish tight collaboration & interlock model
Provide global thought leadership in exec forums to formulate and drive long term LOB strategies
Essential requirements
Postgraduate degree or MBA degree strongly preferred
Experienced Management Consultant and/or Strategic plus Operational Planner
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation & cross-functional engagement abilities; strong executive presence
Ability to deliver quality results to deadlines
Demonstrated career of success in working in cross functional/regional teams & project management
Ability to deal with ambiguity and have a strong drive for results
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 10+ years business experience
