The Team
The CSMs will be a member of Deloitte’s consulting businesses in Human Capital. The ideal CSM candidate will work alongside Deloitte’s Sales Executives, alliance managers and CSM colleagues focus on building relationships with the vendor’s application sales executives and, serve as the intermediary between the vendor and Deloitte’s Human Capital practice to identify/uncover net-new consulting opportunities, and serve as advisor to pursuit teams throughout the sales process.
Work You will Do:
The CSM will act as a main point of contact for Deloitte’s Human Capital Mid-Market practice for the vendors sales teams across the country. The CSM will focus on the vendor relationship with Account Executives, and Regional Sales Managers, co-facilitate meetings, quarterly business reviews, maintain the pipeline for the practice, plan for and coordinate key client events.
