Salary range: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

What’s a typical day as an HR Manager? You’ll be:
• Acting as the key recruiter on the property and leading full cycle recruiting efforts
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
• Managing Workday administration for talent acquisition, HRIS, performance, and compensation
• Maintaining training records and facilitating training sessions
• Handling performance management and development, including associate relations and counseling
• Maintaining personnel files and onboarding new associates
• Administering associate benefits and handling unemployment claims
• Coordinating Worker’s Compensation claims and championing safety efforts on the property
• Creating and maintaining open door policies for transparent communication
• Promoting company culture and increasing employee morale through recognition programs and community relationships
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 2-5 years of HR experience as an HR leader with broad HR Generalist skills
• Have working knowledge and practice of employment laws and regulations
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
• Have HR certification or are actively pursuing certification
• Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in technology capabilities
• Are bilingual in Spanish (a plus)
