The Talent Experience Insights team is seeking a Lead Specialist to manage the lifecycle of workforce data we gather to develop and disseminate actionable talent experience insights. This high impact role sits at the unique intersection of the US Talent Experience Team, People Analytics & Reporting (PAR) Team, and other Talent teams. The Lead Specialist will be responsible for helping to manage our end-to-end research strategy and will work with the Talent Experience Insights Leader to deliver on the team project plan and timeline.

The successful candidate will understand how projects connect to the organization’s strategic plan. The individual in this role will serve as a trusted liaison to cross-business partners and must be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving progress across the insights lifecycle (collection, analysis, and dissemination) across the US Firm.
Work you’ll do
Develop, manage, and deliver on a workstream project plans and timelines
Provide centralized project management support for major Insights team projects
Create and instill structured management processes for Insights projects and operations, e.g., develop, document, and manage repeatable processes for approval, socialization, reporting, etc.
Work with workstream leaders to track and understand risks and issues
Share status of workstream plans and progress with key internal stakeholders
Track and maintain questions for Talent Experience-specific surveys (i.e., Annual Talent Survey, Quarterly Pulse Survey)
Test draft surveys and provide editorial and user experience feedback
Circulate Talent Experience research instrument packages for review with key stakeholders, such as Talent Risk & Relations, the Office of General Council, etc.; track and incorporate feedback
Monitor survey response rates, track development and socialization of survey results (i.e., reports, dashboards) with US Firm Executive, Business, and Talent leadership
Create presentations for key stakeholders
Facilitate collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders (the PAR team, TM&C team, Talent teams, and external vendors)
Measure the effectiveness of the data collection strategy and approach leveraging critical objectives and key results (OKRs)
The team
The Talent Leadership Team and the US Firm Executive Board have created the Talent Experience team, focused on understanding the preferences and experiences of our people, and how we share our success and brand in the marketplace and internally.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PMO / project management, preferably in a research, survey, or data analytics focused environment
Experience developing and managing project plans and execution in a fast-paced environment
Experience creating executive level presentations
Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project management programs
Limited sponshorship may be available
Preferred:
Experience in working across a complex, matrixed environment
Project Management Professional certification
Proven ability to identify risks, issues and problem-solve to deliver impactful results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide editorial oversight
Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with members across different teams and at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, resourcefulness, and ability to manage up
Experience with surveys in an academic and/or professional setting
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,570 to $161,330.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
