Position Overview:
As a Recruiter at Delta Community Supports, Inc., you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent to support our mission-driven organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and source candidates through various channels. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and logistics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
