Your responsibilities:
Develop and standardize our leadership development programs in a global environment
Train employees on various topics and develop concepts for them
Design and organize innovative talent development initiatives
Analyze optimization and digitalization potentials of our training processes and translate them into effective solutions
Implement a buddy program, coaching and mentoring for managers
Your profile:
A degree in psychology, pedagogy or business administration with a relevant focus
Ideally 2+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic and/or operational HR/Management Development and in the role of a systemic consultant and coach/trainer
Expertise in innovative HR and Management Development approaches
Fluency in English
