Dental Field Marketing Manager Job Overview

The Field Marketing Manager will manage and coordinate the development of relationships between the support center and individual dental offices as it pertains to supporting their local marketing initiatives, continually enhance and maintain great working relationship between Operations Managers and Regional Managers.

Dental Field Marketing Manager Qualifications

Requirements:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work with marketing team to design, implement and facilitate marketing strategies and plans for the organization
• Works with individual office locations on local store marketing strategies
• Supports individual office event and community outreach activities for all locations by researching and recommending local community outreach and PR opportunities
• Plans, coordinates, and participates in local marketing events, special projects corporate promotions and advertising, marketing goals and initiatives and quarterly newsletter content
• Authors (as needed) manages and oversees individual office social media activity with office managers. Supplies content updates to marketing team for corporate website and social feed
• Monitors individual office web and social performance and provide analysis of stats for all Individual office activity
• Works with marketing team to implement promotions, marketing strategies and goals
• Performs other marketing duties as may be required or assigned
• Utilize local customer insights for individual locations to improve client experience and satisfaction
• Manage the communication between support center and each office location as it pertains to marketing support
• Ensure a better understanding of the local customer, market, and community to enable a better local connection for the marketing team to enable them to provide solutions, and marketing initiatives
• Monitor performance against agreed goals and KPIs and ensure actions are taken accordingly
• Oversee and execute daily marketing tasks based on each location’s marketing objectives
• Participate in the creation and execution all facets of approved marketing promotions and advertising programs for all offices
• Track and analyze results of promotional strategies (promotional offers, coupons, events, etc.)
• Traffic from inception to delivery, all marketing materials to each office location
• Manage and monitor all local office marketing asset needs
• Help in the development of content for Corporate and local social media activity
• Consistent contact with all OM’s and RM’s both in-person and via video conference. In-person meetings may involve consistent travel monthly to all Dental Views offices.
• Position is 80% in-field at offices and 20% in corporate office in Fullerton.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Advertising, Business, or related discipline
