Assists taxpayers, attorneys, realtors, surveyors & the public; inputs new values on personal property & new construction building permits into computer; prepares releases needed for inaccurate billing of property; processes discoveries on personal property not listed; updates information from deed transfers; prepares memos & files; answers the telephone & routes calls; accordingly, performs related duties as required.
