Devereux’s Talent and Career Development department, headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, is currently seeking a Talent and Career Development Manager. This candidate will assist in designing career development tracks, training materials and resources. Deliver and evaluate customized Talent assessment and planning processes and resources that link business strategies to individual and organization performance. Lead and manage the career development coaches providing ongoing training, feedback and coaching. The responsibilities of this position can be performed remotely.
As the selected National Talent and Career Development Manager, you will also –
- Assess and coach anyone in unique specialty jobs or anyone in any career track.
- Process and report out on the Devereux Staff Tuition Assistance Program.
- Provide assessment and coaching to identified Devereux Leadership
- Provide Face-to-Face facilitation and Digital Facilitation with all levels of the organization.
- Garner and grow relationships with educational partners through accredited colleges/universities and other outreach initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to develop Individual Develop Plan/Success Profiles and related materials for critical roles, oversee talent review and succession planning and develop and implement follow-up protocols to accelerate the development of high potential talent.
- Manage Learning Cohorts and Outreach program(s).

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree applicable field preferred
- Related experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development or similar field required.
- Knowledge of adult learning, learning technologies and learning delivery modes to support improved performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Possess spreadsheet and database management skills
- Strong Face to Face Facilitation and Digital Facilitation Skills
- Must be collaborative and work in a team environment
- Must be able to manage competing priorities
- Must have strong consulting and analytical skills
- Experience with public speaking, psychological assessments, interpretation and consultation.
- Passionate and experienced in talent management, job design, assessment and development practices.
