Devonshire Real estate and asset management Hiring for Marketing Director at Irving, TX Full Time

Job Description: Looking for a Part Time Marketing Coordinator with general marketing and face Book marketing experience. They will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing marketing programs for a Property Management Company to coordinate a marketing campaign for a 10 large multifamily/Apartment Complex’s all located in DFW area by performing the following duties:

· Review vacancy issues, advice/offer marketing solutions to vacancies for the properties.

· Responsible for the development and maintenance of overall advertising and marketing strategies.

· Responsible for maintaining a positive representation and business relations with all the property management staff in the business community.

· Must be well versed in Facebook marketing, Facebook marketplace and boosting ads related to leasing activities for Multifamily / Apartment complexes.

· Responsible and coordinating in getting better review’s on google,

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Implement and monitor marketing reports and make necessary changes to marketing strategy to insure optimum results.

2. Identify the most cost-effective method of achieving marketing objectives.

3. Work with Property Managers to implement and keep up with all Facebook ads

4. Implement google reviews so that they can be answered directly by you

5. Visit (Company) managed properties and shop competitive properties to analyze the marketability of unit rental rates, floor plans, signage, and advertising, décor (office, clubhouse, and model), and curb appeal.

6. Coordinate and analyze the weekly occupancy reports to anticipate and combat downward occupancy trends.

7. Have knowledge of leasing assistant position and fill in if needed.

8. Maintain responsibility for ongoing training, education, and success of leasing consultant’s sales presentations by reviewing individual shopping reports and closing percentages,

Qualifications: Requires skill, knowledge, thinking outside the box

Experience -Must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in a management or marketing position of real estate area particularly in multi-family / apartment communities.

Skills – Requires oral and written communication skills to the degree of being able to acquire information, explain. (company) policies and procedures and convey information in a manner that is readily understood.

-Requires ability to drive from one property to another once in a while.

-Requires time management skills to use time effectively.

-Must have ability to work unsupervised and must be self-motivated.

– Must have ability to translate English to Spanish

This Position may become into full time in 18 to 24 months.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $29,000.00 – $59,195.04 per year

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
