Temporary Full-Time Position
Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Must be flexible with schedule changes to meet operational needs.
JOB SUMMARY
Provides assistance in recruitment, orientation, etc.
Performs a variety of clerical duties including filing, opening mail, ordering of supplies, organization/maintenance of personnel records etc. for the HR Department
Supports the Workforce Planning department with various recruitment tasks including, but not limited to:
o Scheduling interviews
o Updating job postings, prepare and post job ads
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
Required:
High school diploma of GED equivalent
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management.
Skills:
Required:
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in verbal and written form.
Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Working knowledge of general office equipment such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, etc.
Intermediate personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and routine database activity. (Ex: email, creating letters, formatting data, using tales, inserting objects).
