Job Summary
Under direction of the Service Manager, position is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
Key Departmental Responsibilities
· Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate individual or department. Greet visitors.
· Assist customers at parts counter, identifying parts, checking availability, and supporting parts sales with vendors.
· Assist customers at service counter, writing incoming service orders and assisting with light duty estimate correlation when applicable.
· Assist in billing operations of the DSC and FIE Department.
· Scan and index documents maintained on the company’s document imaging system. Assist company employees with filing. Coordinate filing. Assist with year-end set-up and disposition of paper filing systems.
· Assist company employees with daily data entry.
· Assist company employees with creation of word documents (labels/envelopes/etc.), completion of forms.
· Maintain internal employee phone list and company calendar.
· Operate in conformance with the requirements of the Diesel Forward quality management system.
· Provide feedback on system needs/changes.
· Perform other related duties, assignments and projects as required.
· Assist other employees both in and out of the department.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet programs. Detail oriented. Customer service oriented. A self-starter with initiative. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Parts lookup and identification experience preferred. Willingness to learn a must.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
