Key Responsibilities
Agency Operations
- Knows how the agency works and how jobs flow through the agency
- Finances: Familiarity with and adherence to agency financial and operating procedures and policies. Organizes budgets, bills, other financial measures
- Solution oriented. Resourceful. Knows when to alert management to an issue.
Knowledge
- Broad but basic knowledge of the brand, category, and media channels
- Continuously learning technology
- Adheres to agency process.
Strategy
- Knowledge of competitors
- Planning: Research on category, competitive data, therapeutic areas as required. Ability to effectively yet concisely communicate research results.
Tactics and Execution
- Diligently and flawlessly execute on assigned area of project.
- Works with account team to execute plan tactics
- Contribute to accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelines
- Develops strong and positive working relationships with project management, creative, finance, other departments
Client Relationship
Detailed, professional and timely communications to internal team
- Presentations: Organizes client presentations and internal meetings

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree required
- Demonstrated interest in digital advertising, marketing or communications
