DIRECTV Hiring for Program Lead, Non-Management Recruiting Job at Dallas, TX Full Time

DIRECTV is seeking a Recruiting Program Manager for the high-volume, non-management segments of our business. This leader will be responsible for the successful execution of recruiting strategies thru seamless management of process, systems, as well as client and vendor relationships pertaining to DIRECTV’s non-management talent needs. This skilled professional will also closely partner with Legal, Labor, Analytics, HR, and other internal business partners and clients to drive program efficiencies, and effectively align with business priorities to deliver quality talent at market competitive rates. Additional responsibilities include:

• Cultivate ongoing RPO vendor relationships to ensure excellent customer service, compliance, co-innovation, and process simplification to improve performance and effectiveness.
• Maintain a competitive understanding of standard methodologies and emerging trends to recommend improvements to DIRECTV recruitment.
• Use market and workforce data and KPIs to proactively identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Support internal business units and vendors with trainings and day-to-day questions regarding recruitment, and general processes, as well as serve as point of escalation when situations arise.
• Continuously evaluate recruiting processes to improve user experience and reduce process friction.
• Own all recruiting compliance management including, but not limited to leading creation and implementation of policy documentation, training, and communication.
• Active participation in evaluating and managing vendor performance.
• Evaluate new openings and assign to RPO vendor for execution or make decision, when warranted, to personally manage and facilitate full cycle recruitment.

What you will need:

• Demonstrated achievements through education and professional accomplishments.
• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting leader (expert level knowledge of HR, Staffing, ATS technology, employment law, and labor market trends).
• Strong relationship building skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence up, down and across the organization.
• Self-motivated, reliable, flexible, deadline-oriented, have a keen attention to detail, and can complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion, independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical experience with Workday Recruiting and HCM exposure preferred.
