DIRECTV is seeking a Recruiting Program Manager for the high-volume, non-management segments of our business. This leader will be responsible for the successful execution of recruiting strategies thru seamless management of process, systems, as well as client and vendor relationships pertaining to DIRECTV’s non-management talent needs. This skilled professional will also closely partner with Legal, Labor, Analytics, HR, and other internal business partners and clients to drive program efficiencies, and effectively align with business priorities to deliver quality talent at market competitive rates.
