Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

• Help troubleshoot, fix and document signal quality issues and incidences according to standard operating procedures
• Proactively drive team performance
• Actively look for coaching opportunities for others and mentors new employees
• Demonstrate objective command of the shift
• Ensure tasks are completed
• Initiate process improvement
• Model professional communication for other employees
• Collaborate with others to find answers
• Monitor adult content without objection
• Work any shift as assigned according to the needs of the business

The successful Technician will have:

• Bachelor or Associates degree within broadcast, operations, engineering, computer science or business related field
• Excitement for new technology and its potential to change how the world communicates
• Aspiration to perform at the highest level to deliver high-quality products
• High proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite or Google G-Suite
• Ability to work a rotating schedule as dictated by the needs of the business as the facility operates 24/7
• Ability to type accurately between 35?40 WPM
• Comfortable monitoring services that include adult content without objections

* Third shift offers a 15% shift differential(in addition to standard pay rate)

* Second shift offer a 10% shift differential(in addition to standard pay rate)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT and Wireless
• Demonstrated ability to independently solve ambiguous problems
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills – ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• Jumps on opportunities to learn new skills, especially in emerging technologies
• Can remain calm in a high-pressure situation and be able to deal with ambiguous environments
• Strong prioritization skills within a fast-paced environment
