Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH is seeking an HR Employee Relations Investigator who will play a vital role in DISH’s team member and customer experience which is optimized through listening and connecting with them in vulnerable and stressful situations. The HR Employee Relations (ER) Investigator’s primary responsibilities are to manage and lead in-depth investigations of alleged workplace violence, theft, harassment, or other potentially serious violations of policies or law. The role also requires the ability to analyze sophisticated information, develop valid fact-based conclusions using a variety of resources and techniques, and present findings to all levels of management and leadership. Investigators may also be deployed for special projects or initiatives.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is strongly preferred.
Experience: Two or more (2+) years in a human resources-related field is preferred.

Compensation: $57,400.00/Year – $82,000.00/Year
