The Doubletree by Hilton in South Portland Maine has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing. As one of Portland’s largest event & banquet venues we host catered meals up to 400 people and large conventions for a variety of industries. Business is growing daily and we want YOU to be a part of our success.

Who is our ideal candidate? Someone with the passion and professionalism for hotel sales. Ability to teach, mentor and lead a team of sales professionals. The skill to implement a new business development strategy that will ensure the continued leadership in our market. Most importantly foster a sales culture of fun and teamwork.

What specific technical / training skills are desired?

· Would be helpful if you posses Delphi experience (can be easily learned)

· Hilton OnQ experience

· 3-5 years of hotel sales experience is required (may I repeat, required).
