Talent Acquisition Specialist

Dover Behavioral Health System has an exciting position within our Human Resources Department. We invite applications for the position of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Universal Health Services, Inc. family. The successful candidate will provide full-life cycle Recruitment and HR Service Delivery for Dover Behavioral Health System located in Dover, DE.

• develop recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to identify and implement new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads
• source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions
• build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees to bring top talent into our organization
• facilitate the pre-boarding and on-boarding processes ensuring a smooth transition to New Hire Orientation
• may provide Employee Relation and Guidance to Managers
• Serve as a resource expert for all staff

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred
• Two years experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment; Healthcare or nurse recruitment highly preferred
• Strong interviewing skills and a talent to build long lasting relationships
• Self-driven and able to meet deadlines is a must
• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner preferred
