Reporting to the VP of Operations, the mission for the Supply Chain Director is to make sure we make enough of the right products, at the right time, while driving cost savings projects. This is achieved by managing production planning, procurement, and logistics.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and develop a team of A Players
- Lead the planning and scheduling of daily manufacturing from raw materials arrival to finish good shipping and everything in between
- Own an 18 month plan, including contract management and labor demand planning
- Regularly evaluate raw material contracts to ensure that we have the best pricing possible
- Manage ongoing maintenance of ERP system for the operations side of the organization
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain management or similar
- 7+ years Supply Chain/Procurement Experience
- 4+ years Management Experience
- 3+ years ERP Management experience
- Fast moving consumer good experience (preferably food and beverage)
- Expert at Excel and Google Sheets
