Acts as a human resources (HR) business partner by providing proactive guidance and support to enable business success through identification and implementation of effective HR policies, programs and practices. Ensures alignment between the organization and HR activities in order to add value to the business. Specifically, is responsible for all employee relations, the oversight of talent acquisition, on-boarding, and training. In addition is responsible for other HR operations tasks as needed.
