We are looking for a new member to join the 1DS team!
1DS is a Global Digital Agency and Management company that specializes in branding, marketing, and production. As a creative collective, we work together to achieve larger goals, problem-solve, and cultivate a “think big” mentality. 1DS Collective consists of team members focusing in various departments such as the Agency, Brand Management, Production, Social Media, Operations, and Talent Management.
The Talent Coordinator role, as part of the Talent Management aspect of the company, works to build and maintain relationships with influencers, clients, and teams around the world. We’re seeking someone driven, communicative, and committed to actioning tasks with a “can-do” attitude.
Due to the nature of our business (and management in general), we operate on a flexible working time scale and require candidates to mirror this flexibility as needed. Ideally, we’d like to have someone with long-term goals to grow in the company as a whole.
**Candidate Duties**
Talent Management
-Communicate with social media influencers on a day-to-day basis
-Manage talent roster, editing rates, social following, and maintaining changes
-Run Social Media meetings to go over talents’ growth on platforms
-Maintain Contract Renewals, NDA forms, Payment Authorization, and W9s each year
-Answer Talent questions regarding internal contracts and contracts for campaigns
Content Coordinating
-Negotiate budget, deliverables, and timelines with clients
-Communicate deliverables to talent
-Ensure content is posted and passed on to client from the talent according to deadlines
Client Communication
-Respond to inquiries from brands multiple times every day from the company email
-Facilitate, schedule, and take notes during client meetings regarding partnerships
-Draft emails with proper grammar, structure, and messaging to brands
-Follow-Up regarding potential opportunities
-Participate in outreach to find new business opportunities for the management team
Data Entry + Organization
-Input all deliverables into Monday Operating System ensuring all fields are filled
-Manage Talent Profiles within Monday OS ensuring all fields are filled
Problem-Solving
-Deal with time-sensitive cases in a thoughtful manner
-Ease problematic situations and maintain a professional demeanour
Required:
-Basic Communication Skills (Email Drafting, Meeting Management, Conflict Resolution)
-Stable Wifi Connection, Computer, and Phone
-Familiarity with Google Drive/Dropbox platforms
-Flexible working hours (including weekend communications when campaigns are due)
-Attention to detail (if selected for an interview, we will be asking you which of our four core pillars resonated with you most)

Relevant Skills:
-OS Experience (particularly the platform Monday)
-Social Media Management
-Creativity
-Familiarity with Contracts and other Professional forms listed above – Background in Talent Management, Production, Casting, etc.
