Residential Care Services, part of the Aging and Long Term Support Administration (ALTSA) is seeking a Complaint Resolution Unit Lead in our Lacey headquarters. RCS is responsible for the state licensure and oversight of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, intermediate care facilities for people with intellectual disabilities, enhanced service facilities, and adult family homes, and certification of community residential services and support providers.
The Program Specialist 4 role is fundamental in meeting mandated CRU response timelines. In this role, you will serve as the lead, advising and consulting with staff to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and practices. You will use your knowledge, skills, and experience with CRU software and RCS policies to ensure the ongoing safety and well-being of vulnerable adults in the State of Washington.
