We re seeking a HR Coordinator with similar values, who can put his or her interests and expertise to work .
In this role, you will report to the VP of HR while working with others throughout the organization to support our employee activities and initiatives. You will assist in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and provide support for larger company-wide initiatives as they relate to people. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop skills and capabilities in Human Resources work.

General responsibilities include:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents.
Support change management activities for employee-related processes and benefits.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all recruiting activities, compliant with Company procedures and regulatory requirements (EEO, OFCCP, etc.).
Support VP of HR with administrative, compliance, etc.
Support recruiting activities and engage with applicants throughout the interviewing and hiring process.
Participate in the Onboarding process for new hires.
Revise, edit and proofreads company policies & procedures and related documents as needed.
Identify opportunities for efficiency within HR systems and processes.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Skills necessary for success in this role:
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Strong attention to accurate detail.
Ability to manage complex data.
Experience in gathering and presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient with technology, including the Microsoft Office suite, HRIS software, social media management tools and cloud-based software programs.
Ability to collaborate online and in-person.
Requirements:
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Bachelor s degree desired.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Familiarity with Spanish a plus.
Ability to travel by air and ground. Valid driver s license and good driving record. Motor vehicle records will be checked.
Ability to effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to meet all workplace safety requirements, which includes following safety protocols related to COVID-19.
