Responsibilities Include:
Providing customers with exceptional service
Scheduling customer appointments
Writing customer concerns accurately and clearly on repair orders
Typing complete and accurate estimates
Communicating between technicians and customers regarding repairs
Receiving customer payments
Ordering & Receiving Parts
Must Possess:
Great customer service skills
General automotive knowledge
Computer knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi task
Valid driver’s license
Pay up to $30 per hour for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
