Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

The Marketing & Lead Gen Specialist is responsible for the creation, coordination, and measurement of content and internal communications in partnership with the digital lead team and Arrow’s partner agencies. This will include the creation of thought leadership content specific to the electronics industry as well as content promoting Arrow’s digital tools and resources.

What you will be doing

• Work with key stakeholders to manage content creation from concept to publishing to reporting
• Strategize and execute campaigns from start to finish for the purpose of thought leadership or lead generation
• Make campaign optimizations based on marketing analytics, stakeholder feedback, and lead quality
• Collaborate with members from various digital channels, including Creative, CMS editors, Email, Customer Service, Videographers and Dev Teams.
• Work with content across all aspects of Arrow’s digital business (Arrow.com, MyArrow, Verical)
• Conduct market research to stay on top of trends for thought leadership content creation
• Support the ideation and execution of virtual and in-person events
• Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic
• Brainstorm, copyedit, proofread, and revise communications
• Plan and deliver sales enablement initiatives to support digital lead team activities
• Support the measurement and benchmarking of digital lead generation

What we are looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role in-house or with an agency
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing simultaneous projects
• Strong project management skills; detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Analytical thinker capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, or Adobe Analytics is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field highly preferred
