Early Intervention and Consultation Services, LLC Hiring for Human Resources Manager at Leitchfield, KY Full Time

At EICS, we offer Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis for those with Autism), BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts)’s, RBT’s (Registered Behavior Technicians), Mental Health Counseling, Psychological Evaluations, and Case Management. We have 3 locations including Leitchfield, Owensboro and Radcliff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including, but not limited to, the following:

Collaborates with the executive director and other supervisors to craft the company’s vision and mission.

• Develops strategic HR policies and plans to assist in company growth.
• Protects the interests of employees and the company per company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. Approves recommendations for terminations. Reviews employee appeals through complaint procedure.
• Directs a process of organizational development that primarily addresses succession planning throughout the company. Evaluates plans and changes to plans. Makes recommendations to executive director.
• Establishes wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services, and company safety and health programs. Monitors for effectiveness and cost containment.
• Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep executive director and supervisors informed of new developments.
• Defines all Human Resources programs, and the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and line management within those programs. Provides necessary education and materials to line management and employees-workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, standardized reports.
• Provides orientation and training to all new employees and keep up with employee requirements per regulations such as annual tb tests, drug tests, criminal record checks, etc.
• Willing to travel, at times, to other company locations
• Helps support the company’s licensure and regulations by being a part of the team that makes and carries through with new regulations and procedures
• Sees that employees are trained per policy and regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills.

• Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources, Excel, and demonstrated skills and knowledge in medical billing and record keeping.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources. Specialized training in organizational planning, compensation, and preventive labor relations.
• From two (2) plus years’ experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Human Resources.
• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission or other regulatory practices a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
