Warehouse Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily workflows between client, customer service and warehouse floor
- Plan and monitor staffing requirements to ensure productivity, profitability, and high service levels to client
- Ensure orders, receipts, returns and special projects are completed on time and accurately
- Responsible for inventory checks being in place (cycle count schedule)
- Review open orders deck daily
- Ensure staff is trained on client specific requirements, retailer specific requirements, forklift and MHE requirements as well as good warehouse practices
- Review incident log on at least weekly basis with warehouse and customer service staff
- Ensure Housekeeping program in effect and monitored
- MHE (Material Handling Equipment) is in good working order
- Health and Safety
Requirements:
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
- Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
- A background in Warehousing or Distribution Center management.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
- The ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in a growing warehouse environment.
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: One location
