As the VP, Human Resources you will be empowered to develop and lead a talent strategy to help us achieve transformational functional excellence. You will identify roadmaps and KPIs to leverage buy, build and partner strategies to meet the needs of this dynamically evolving organization. More specifically, you will work with the leadership teams to drive the business forward while ensuring a progressive focus on culture and talent attraction, development, and retention. You will be expected to be a thought leader regarding the business strategy providing key observations, ideas and suggestions, being an outspoken advocate in identifying both risk and opportunities in the organizations, establishing solid business partnerships and driving functional excellence.
Key deliverables include the development, implementation, and validation of human resources programs, policies and initiatives aligned with short and long-term business plans. Foster a culture in the organization that promotes employee inclusion and engagement and a passion for customer excellence.
In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Vice Presidents of the North American Sales and Marketing and Commercial Operations organizations and functionally to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources ES-A.
