Our Enterprise Account Manager’s (EAM) responsibility is to support, retain and grow Enterprise level accounts through strong relationships, trust, and industry knowledge. This role serves as the main point of contact for EBI’s largest clients, and this role requires someone who can foster lasting relationships through a combination of business and personal connections building clients for life. The EAM will monitor key performance indicators of their accounts and ensure client satisfaction through regular communications and provide proactive solutions to address client needs, ensure retention, and/or grow the clients business.

He/She will serve as the main point of contact for key contacts within their accounts. The selected candidate will monitor, interpret and communicate trends based on key performance indicators and industry trends to proactively identify issues and deliver solutions to ensure our clients are receiving an optimal experience. He/She will report and communicate issues, trends and opportunities to the appropriate internal leadership and process owners.
