SUMMARY
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented self-starter to help bring our international HR departments together to build a world-class HR organization. The HR Project Coordinator will work with the Team Lead in planning and managing global HR projects. This role will be responsible for coordinating resources, meetings, data, and information through the lifecycle of a project with scope to manage small projects end-to-end. Additionally, they will support other HR functions as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize, attend, and participate in all assigned projects & stakeholder meetings.
Documenting meeting notes and ensuring all project documentation is maintained/organized appropriately for each project.
Following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and ensuring project deadlines are met. Undertaking project tasks as required.
Chair and facilitate meetings (on smaller projects / project tasks) as needed and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Assist team lead with all project communication and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and maintain reporting on issues log, project changes, project status and health.
Assist the team lead in developing and maintaining a standard project management methodology for all projects.
Learn HRIS functionality, navigation, and analytics to support data requirements on the project.
Preparing necessary reports and presentation materials for meetings.
Performing data analysis for projects, as needed.
Developing understanding of each HR function (Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Immigration, Learning & Development) and providing professional, technical, and analytical support to other HR functions, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
1-2 years or HR/Project Management a plus with a strong desire to develop expertise in HR and/or Project Management
Must be able to work out of the Westborough, MA office a minimum of 2 days per week
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Competency in all Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
Ability to work on tight deadlines
