As Director Human Resources, you will provide strategic HR partnership to the Purolite Global Supply Chain, Quality and RD&E teams across the full talent spectrum to ensure best in class talent attraction, engagement, and career progression to drive business growth. You will be part of the Purolite Global HR team and report to the Global HR VP.
Location: King of Prussia, Philadelphia
What You Will Do:
Support initiatives to accelerate post acquisition harmonization of Global HR processes and country associate employment conditions in each plant.
Lead the plant-based HR teams to build high performing teams capable to deliver full Business Partnership to their respective leadership teams and associates.
Partner with global/region/country Centers of Excellence, to deliver seamless leader/associate experience.
Collaborate with Ecolab Global Functional HR Leads to bring in best practices and share talent.
The successful candidate will have:
Degree in HR or related area
Considerable HR Business partnering experience with Senior Leaders and global leadership teams, ideally within the supply chain or related sectors
Previous experience managing and developing high performing HR teams and innovative, agile vendor partnerships to supplement service delivery
Experience working with teams outside of the US and across timezones
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a healthcare or life sciences related segment (preferred)
The successful candidate will need to flex hours to be available for collaboration across multiple timezones and travel within the US and to international Purolite Plant sites in China, Romania and UK.
