The Human Resources Business Partner/ Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the company CEO to ensure all HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives are met. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: culture, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
Essential Functions
Implement hiring processes, infrastructures & analytics.
Source and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and attract the best talent.
Hire and attract top talent.
Support eJam’s employee life cycle to foster and ensure an amazing employee experience
Mentor managers through the talent acquisition journey and employee related topics
Manage employee relations – practices necessary to maintaining a positive employee-employer relationship and promoting a high level of employee commitment
Builds and maintains a culture focused on “best in class” employee experience.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization departments
Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Performs benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.
Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Salary: $85,000 – $130,000
