Job Description
We’re looking for our first Director of Human Resources. This is a new position and presents a unique opportunity to help rapidly scale a cutting-edge aerospace and technology company. The Director of HR will be integral to the execution of the company’s ambitious goals and will contribute compelling, innovative ideas to help create an organization that defines Electra’s culture. This is an opportunity for you to start an HR organization from scratch and do it right – the way you have always wanted it to be done! In order to provide maximum support to the workforce, this position is based at our headquarters in Manassas, VA and requires onsite office hours.
