JOB DUTIES: Director, Commercial Operations positions with Elekta Inc. in Atlanta, GA will work closely with the VP to develop and implement regional strategies and follow up on execution to deliver optimal sales outcomes for Region Americas (RAM). Lead and manage projects and initiatives to increase the sales teams effectiveness. Partner with regional and global teams to deliver robust analytical capabilities to drive key business decisions. Understand the market opportunity, develop, and execute compelling sales strategies that leverage data and market insights. Engage with sales and product teams to identify needs and enable sales, driving efficiency and productivity. Drive digitalization of sales processes including training, adoption, enhancement, and data integrity. Design and deliver tools and dashboards to generate business insights on historical and projected performance. Monitor, track, and report sales performance and complete health checks to identify areas of opportunity. Implement tools and practices to help improve the sales forecasting process and accuracy. Identify and implement sales operations best practice across the organization. Create and execute RAM annual strategy, including identification, deployment, and monitoring progress of key initiatives. Establish cadence and structure to align regional and global business lines to ensure Elekta achieves business line goals and objectives. Develop and manage strategic relationships with key external partners, including communication, contract negotiations, joint sales efforts, internal training and development, and project execution. Collaborate with strategic sales to develop innovative strategies and tactics to differentiate Elekta as a preferred oncology business partner. Lead development of market assessments, service line analyses, strategic sales presentations, placemats, and other sales collateral to support the customer acquisition process. Leverage external data and information management tools to collect fact-based intelligence on prospective clients, understand relevant healthcare trends and technologies, key business challenges and underlying local and regional business conditions. Gather, synthesize, and distribute relevant client insights and research into compelling tools that articulate the Elekta value proposition. Provide ongoing consultative support to national, strategic and regional sales teams
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a minimum of a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Health Care, Business, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in the job offered, or at last 5 years of experience in a client-facing role serving the health care industry. Stated experience must include at least 5 years in each of the following: working in the U.S. health care industry, including working with insurance, clinical services, and claims/revenue management; advising and working with enterprise health systems; working with healthcare claims and revenue data (ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS data); and utilizing business intelligence platforms and tools to build complex data models. Stated experience must also include at least 3 years of experience in each of the following: building data models that reflect real-world healthcare processes and workflows; building and presenting complex ROI and TCO models; crafting and communicating complex value propositions and business development strategies; and working with health IT solutions, including EMR systems, integration engines, and medical devices. Must be willing to travel domestically 20% of the time, and internationally 5% of the time.
