Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Senior Recruiter who will be primarily responsible for achieving staffing targets for various locations by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers and coordinating effectively for the new recruit on boarding.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive applicant experience regardless of whether or not the applicant joins the organization
- Partner with business leadership and HR to provide recruitment strategy and support in line with departmental and organizational objectives
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selection activities, both internally and externally, from initial notification of the vacancy to the time the candidate joins the company
- Present the company as the “employer of choice” by creating compelling, meaningful, and intelligent job advertisements and professional marketing materials
- Conduct selection interviews, assisting management in the decision making process
Skills / Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience recruiting for global multinational companies
- Confident recruiter with proven interpersonal and communication skills, which can be demonstrated at all levels of the business
- Proven capability of managing workload in a high-paced environment
- Demonstrated effective networking skills and direct sourcing strategies
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes
- Strong IT skills to manipulate, format and present data in meaningful reports to make educated business decisions
- Experience in the use of iCIMS an advantage
- A good knowledge of compensation and benefit practices
