Our team is growing! EllieBlu Human Resources Consulting is helping us find our next team member. We are seeking an experienced HR director who is passionate about building high-performance teams. This is a 32 hour a week position. More About the Position
This position provides outstanding HR support to strengthen the foundation the firm has build while expanding the scope and depth of assistance we can provide to firm leaders and staff. In this leadership role you will implement all aspects of HR policies and procedures including recruiting, benefits administration, compensation, and staff engagement and development. You will collaborate with senior leaders to understand the firm’s goals and develop, recommend, and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve these goals.
We have state-of-the-art tools and resources to support your efforts, ensuring you are set up for success. We work as a team and support the flexibility employees seek. We provide a comfortable, professional, work environment in our brand-new custom-built office in Glastonbury Center, CT.
Responsibilities include:
· Develop and execute best practices for hiring. Conduct recruitment and onboarding for all position. Analyze investments using Morningstar®, Riskalzye and other tools
· Motivate, coach, evaluate and retain an administrative team including receptionists, relationship managers, etc.
· Conduct research and analysis of the industry and HR trends to support the firm’s strategy and compliance needs.
· Consult with legal counsel as appropriate, and/or as directed by the senior leaders.
· Engage in employee relations counseling
· Create and monitor performance evaluation and career pathing programs and revise as necessary.
